Karl Manly

Karl Manly is a plumbing designer with the firm and has more than 16 years of experience in this specialty.   He is a graduate of ITT Technical Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design.

He has extensive knowledge in the design and engineering of medical gas, fuel oil, Soventbuilding systems, compressed air and dry air, natural gas, domestic water, solar hot water, recycled water, reclaimed water, gray water, and standard waste and vent systems.

Mr. Manly has also participated in the design and implementation process of water conservation and innovative design associated with LEED certification.
