Todd Powell

Mr. Todd Powell is the CADD/Revit/BIM Manager with the firm and is a fundamental member of the model-based design process.  Mr. Powell has an Associates Degree from ITT School of Drafting and Design and has  completed Revit courses specific to mechanical engineering.  He has more than 12 years of drafting experience including eight years in mechanical engineering field and two years as CADD/Revit/BIM Manager.

Mr. Powell’s efforts have a positive and direct effect on the increased quality of projects and the reduction time of project delivery.  He was responsible for successfully transitioning the firm from a 2D project design firm to a 3D project design firm.

His BIM specialty is identifying clashes, reducing them to zero, and creating accurate shop drawings based on the mechanical and plumbing models.  His enthusiasm for BIM keeps him aware of new technologies enabling the firm to be on the forefront of this very valuable tool in design and construction.

Mr. Powell served in the United States Marine Corps from 1994 to 1998 at MCB Camp Pendleton and Iwakuni, Japan.
